Predictive Modeling of Living Systems
Among the approaches developed in multi-scale modeling at IP Paris are the molecular modeling of ARN and protein structures, the in silico conception of therapeutic molecules and the modeling of structures and functions of various organs and multi-organ systems.
In parallel, mathematical approaches to population dynamics are used to predict the emergence of zoonoses and pathogen mutations.
