Multi-Scale Imaging
Several teams at Institut Polytechnique de Paris work on the subject of imaging at multiple scales: at the scale of molecules, cells, tissues, or whole organisms. Our teams use various imaging modalities, including Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), crystallography and electron microscopy.
One of IP Paris's strengths in the field of imaging is the development of new approaches in biophotonics and advanced optical imaging techniques (super-resolution, depth, high-throughput, and multimodality).
Cellular/molecular imaging as well as genomic/proteomic studies generate large amounts of data, thus creating considerable opportunities in data science, d'machine/deep learning, quantification, and analysis.
