CIEDS "2ID" Conference: "Special force staff and innovation"

Join a new conference of the "2ID" series organized by the Interdisciplinary Center for Defense and Security Studies (CIEDS) of Institut Polytechnique de Paris (IP Paris). Pascal Broquard will speak on March 23, 2023 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at the Drahi’X Novation center amphitheatre of École Polytechnique.
CIEDS "2ID" Conference: "Special force staff and innovation"

Pascal Broquard will present a conference (open to all) entitled " Special force staff and innovation " which will also be held in hybrid format (via zoom). The conference will be followed by a get together to facilitate direct exchanges with the speaker as well as with the CIEDS team.

Pascal Broquard has spent 30 years of his life serving in the Special Forces. Engaged in all theaters of operations, he is one of the most decorated NCOs in the French army. Author of the book "From the Special Forces to the Company", he now puts his experience and skills at the service of the academic community as a speaker and lecturer, but also of companies via his firm TOP intelligence émotionnelle consulting.

This conference is part of the 2ID cycle - Engineering and Defense Innovations - supported by the CIEDS. These conferences are one of the tools set up by the CIEDS to develop, in the IP Paris community and beyond, a broad awareness of the challenges of defense innovation and technological sovereignty. These conferences are also a place to meet and exchange ideas between researchers, industrialists, students, and personnel from the French Ministry of Defence, in order to initiate new disruptive projects for defence.

The CIEDS is one of the interdisciplinary centers of IP Paris. It aims to leverage the scientific skills of IP Paris laboratories to answer technological needs of the defense sector.
